Is it worth paying more for a monitor with VA panel over TN panel?

Hi, I am looking to buy one of these monitors and I can't decide which one to get.

- VA panel https://eu.aoc.com/en/gaming/products/c24g1

All three monitors with TN and IPS panel are in the same price range, just the last one with VA panel is $60 more. I know that VA panel has better viewing angle, better contrast and color reproduction over TN. What about LG that has IPS panel? Also as a downside VA panels are supposed to have higher input lag and response time. Is it worth paying extra $50-$60 more to buy monitor with VA panel? I will be using the monitor for gaming but also for everyday use. Also if you have any other monitor in mind for around $200, please let me know.

With 144Hz refresh rate you will not have input lag problems. Contrast is important, I´d recommend the AOC with VA panel.
Read reviews, only drawback can be backlight bleeding.

That VA screen you linked to also has a 144Hz refresh rate, which is part of why it costs more. The others are only 75Hz. A higher refresh rate means it can update the image on the screen more times per second, resulting in smoother motion if your graphics card can output higher frame rates, and can also potentially allow for reduced input latency. What kind of graphics card and other hardware do you have?

IPS and VA are usually a bit better in terms of image quality compared to TN, particularly when it comes to viewing angles. Additionally, VA has better contrast than the others, while IPS tends to have better color accuracy. TN tends to have faster pixel response times.

It also looks like that VA screen has a more fully-featured stand, with tilt, height and swivel adjustments, allowing it to be positioned better, if that is important to you, while the other stands only feature a basic tilt adjustment. So, that's something else contributing to the higher cost.
