[SOLVED] Is it worth paying more only for processor upgrade from i5-8250U to i7-8550U?

In benchmarks i see that both have the same performance.

In my mind, it really depends on the difference in laptop cost.
Both have 4c/8t, however, the I7 has a 600MHz faster boost clock and 50mhz higher graphics boost clock.
If the I7 laptop is otherwise identical to the I5 laptop, I would only buy the I7 if it is less than $50 more than the I5 laptop.

all depends on what you want the laptop to do.
If you want to use it for gaming, you will need the i7

The laptop i was looking at is Dell 5370 13.3 inch.

It's i7-8550 U model has the same specs plus 2 GB AMD Radon 530 but costs a lot more, so i guess i5 8250U model would be the better choice.
