Is it worth replacing Nvidia GT 610 with Sapphire R7 240?

Solution
JobCreater is very wrong.

First, yes the Sapphire 240 is miles ahead of the Nvidia 610. It will give a huge performance improvement relative to the Nvidia 610, which is a heavily cut down super low end card that is beat by pretty much every modern integrated graphics chip on the market. The Sapphire 240 isn't very good in terms of gaming in the long run, but its better than most if not all integrated graphics at least and will give a resonable experience playing games on low/medium settings, and games of two years ago or more high shouldn't be hard.

As for the other components dragging it down, this is completely wrong. The CPU you have can handle up to at least an R7 260x or an Nvidia GTX 650Ti before it becomes a substantial...
