If you can find a 1060 fir a reasonable price then yes, however 1050tis are about as high as you can go and not be screwed over because of bitcoin miners messing up the market.
it depends on what games you are playing. however, a 1060 6gb is quite a bit better then a 1050 ti 4gb. the 3gb model is also better... but if it's a big price difference, it may not be worth it.
