Hello,

Looking to build a gaming pc, specifically for the games pubg, csgo to get some very nice fps. I do not want to overclock the PC, cause i want this pc for a long period of time.

Maybe you can guys can suggest a good website to buy the parts or suggest to swap out some parts for better experience? i do not want the price to be above the mentioned one and it would be very good if we cheapen the price, cause i feel like im getting semi-ripped off.

these are the parts.

CPU - Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2 GHz
Motherboard - MSI Z270 GAMING PLUS

is it meant to be for overclocking it? because i don't want/need it. Are all the parts compatible? and yes, thanks for your list.

All current MBs that can support coffee lake is only Z370, which can oc cpus. If you want non-ocable mbs, wait until early next year for H, B 3xx chipset mb. It is still worth getting this mb in case you want to upgrade to canon lake in the future. All parts are compatible.
