[SOLVED] Is it worth the upgrade from Ryzen 5 2600x and rx 580 to Ryzen 5 3600 and rx 5700xt?

Hello, I am wondering if I should sell my gaming pc and build a new one from scratch.
My PC:
1.CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x(no OC)
2.Mobo: MSI B450M BAZOOKA
3.GPU: ASUS RX 580 8GB STRIX(no manual OC)
4.RAM: Kingston HyperX Predator(2x8GB) 3000mhz CL15
5.PSU:Seasonic FOCUS Plus 750W Gold
6.CPU cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 Esports DUO
7.HDD:WD 1TB 7200rpm
8.SSD:Samsung 860 EVO 250GB
9.Case: Deepcool Matrexx 55

If it is worth to build a new PC it will be something like this:
1.CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
2.Mobo: MSI B450 MAX(I still dont know which one)
3. GPU: RX 5700 XT( i will wait for the aftermarket cooler versions, not the blower style)
4.RAM: 3600mhz ~CL16(i still dont know)
5.Case:Cooler Master MasterBox MB520 RGB
And I plan the same PSU, HDD and if I have money left buy m.2 SSD.

P.S. At the moment I am using my pc for 1080p gaming, but if I build the other one I am planning to switch to 1440p 60hz or 1080p 144hz.
If you are gonna ask me about budget please dont in my country(Bulgaria) prices are very high and salarys too low.

The CPU is a decent upgrade but for the features that make it a decent upgrade you want a X570 board too so not much point. As for the GPU it makes sense but the Navi cards don't make sense atm. Neither do the Super cards. Would either go last Get with a Vega 64 or a 2070 currently for that price point.

I use the RTX 2070 for 1080P/1440P. If you're going to eventually do 4K, you're going to be forced to get the 2080 at the very least. Otherwise your frame-rates just aren't going to be there for smooth gameplay. Make sure to get a 1080P/1440P monitor that goes beyond 60Hz. 120Hz or higher. Otherwise you're wasting money on a higher end GPU that won't display a smooth response time on-screen.
