Is it worth the upgrade

Hi Guys, recently I bought an RX 580 8gb and I wanted to ask if my current build is not good enough to get the most from the card:

i5-6500
ASRock B150M HDV LGA1151
8GB DDR4 2133 ADATA (I have tried with 16 GB and didn't see any difference)

If I do an upgrade I would go for something like:

AMD RYZEN 5 2600
GIGABYTE AX370-GAMING AM4
G.SKILL DDR4 2x8 GB 3000 TridentZ F4-3000C15D-16GTZB

Is it worth the 500€ upgrade?

Not worth it it is still a decent CPU if you want a upgrade the upcomming ryzen 7or5 3xxx series will be a better choice. And also have 16Gb of RAM really helps if you can run all gameson ultra some games will have 7/6Gb of ram resulting in 10GB usage or more.

Maybe if I decide to keep the intel will upgrade the MB and the RAM.

That is not really needed.. the RX 580 cant even run some games on ULTRA that do need 10GB of RAM. My suggestion is to wait for the Ryzen 7 3XXX series and the pickup a nice mobo with good RAM since i have heard good things about AMD's nest outcomming gpu's.

I mainly play PUBG on low settings and didn't found it taking more than 2-3GB's of RAM.
