Well, I want to ask you guys if is it worth to buy an i3 6100 instead of a i3 4170. Both with cheap mobos, ddr3L RAM for i3 6100 and ddr3 RAM for i3 4170.
Only reason to get a 750 Ti is if you have an OEM system with a super low wattage PSU and minimal case airflow. Otherwise you can get something better for the same price.

I found gtx 750 ti as one of the best price/performance ratio GPU, with low temperatures and wattage. My PSU is 430W so ot will be ok. I'm ofc not asking for a ultra gaming PC who could play all 1080p ultra modern games.

Yeah... You won't be able to play games at all... Only if you play to play 720p lowest possible... I have a 260X (which is almost the same as GTX 750TI) and the games released this fall I couldn't play one but Fallout 4 with lowest settings 1366x768 with 40-50 fps and Assassin's creed Syndicate with lowest settings with 720p with 25-40 fps... If you are on tight budget, go with FX 6300 and a nicer GPU (at least a GTX 950 or 960)

The 750 Ti only matters for OEM systems with minimal cooling and very low wattage PSUs that don't have PCI-E power connectors. If you are set on getting one that's your choice. But, you're buying into the past.
Did you check the channel? Would you say is fake? Fallout 4, Witcher 3, Bf4. It doesn't matter for you?
Do you want me to buy a gtx 980? I'm building a budget PC, i'm not rich...
For a budget PC a GTX 950 is the better choice now unless you have to get power from the motherboard on a prebuilt PC. The 950 has a similar price point and it's a stronger GPU.

Yeah... Battlefield 4, Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 are games made and optimized for PC, not ported from consoles. But if you plan to play Assassin's Creed Syndicate or Call of Duty Black Ops 3 you won't be able... How king3pj said, a GTX 950 is a much better choice, it's a better GPU at around the same price. If you are not able to save a little bit more money, then go with GTX 750TI, but you're not be so surprised for future games.
Here it is BO3 (BETA): https://youtu.be/ohtht4q1NmM
And of course Assasins creed wont eork properly. It can't even ultra 60fps with a titán X.
And btw, I asked for another thing, not this.
But anyways, you are right guys. With the same budget I can buy an i3 4170, asrock H81M-DGS rev2 and gtx 950 OR an i3 6100, asus H110A-K and gtx 750 ti. The rest is the same for both builds, cooler máster tx3 EVO, seasonic S12II 430W 80+, DDR3 1600 RAM, 1Tb HDD.
And km finding that there is only a slighty performance difference between 1150 and 1151 CPUs.
