Is it worth to save up a bit more and buy a gtx 1060 or should I just buy a 1050 TI?

Is a 1050 TI good enough for games like League of Legends, Minecraft and some FPS games occasionally like CS:GO and PAYDAY 2 on a 1080p resolution? I only really want to get high framerate on League of Legends so I can lower down the settings in other games. Also how important is the graphics card for streaming games? I would also want to be able to stream LoL on twitch from time to time.

Yes the 1050ti will play the games you listed without issue.
Streaming is more dependent on your CPU.
