I Decided To Upgrade My CPU, M/B, RAM ..
TBH I Cant Play Games Smoothly! Even on CSGO I Have Something like Bottleneck! [Fps Drops From 130 to 40-50] [@1080p]
I Want to Know My R9 390 Can Handle I5 10400F or Not? Do You Think Its Worth to Upgrade?

This Is My Specs:
M/B: ASROCK 970 EXTREME 4
CPU: AMD X6 1090T
GPU: GIGABYTE R9 390
RAM: G.SKILL RIPJAWS 8GB
PSU: COOLER MASTER 750W

And This Is New M/B , CPU, RAM I Want To Buy:

ASUS TUF GAMING B460-PLUS
Crucial 8GB Ballistix Sport LT Gray CL15

Thank You! 💕

Actually Im Worry About My Gigabyte R9 390 .. Because R9 390 with my 1090T was Absolutely Useless! [FPS Drops In Most of Games! Even In CSGO , VALORANT , ...]
What If R9 390 Not Giving Huge performance in Online Games .. [Like Rust, CSGO, Red Dead 2 ,..]

I would bet the CPU was more the culprit. I had a 390 and it was pretty good.

The 1090T is very old and performs worse than an i5 2400 from memory.

Did you ever monitor per core CPU usage and GPU usage in these games?
I Did That in 2016 with Project Cars game!

If you don't mind waiting about 6 weeks the new Intel Rocket Lake cpu's will be out then including the new 11400F which is the new version of that comet lake chip you're looking at. Improved IPC, along with native support for 3200MHz RAM and PCIe 4.
