My PC still works but it has trouble when it comes to streaming FPS shooters. Would it be worth it to upgrade any of these parts, besides the CPU?

I suppose it depends on budget and if you want to fuss.

Get a better gpu.
Get a bigger ssd.
Both of those can be moved to a new build if needed.

Bump the ram to 2x8GB.

Depending on budget and how long it would take you to allocate funds. If you can, probably best just to go all new at this point. Even a 3770K isn't going to be a worthwhile update on that side of the build. IF I were going to do split build, I would consider GPU with the future build parameters and performance desired alongside a good quality PSU with headroom for the future build.

IE, pick up a nice GPU/PSU now and then save up and research an entire new build of the other components to match with them.
