I would say no as well. Upgrade your video card if gaming is your concern.

If you spent anything on a CPU upgrade I would only recommend 4690K or 4790K so that you can overclock, investing in a new platform MB, RAM not worth the investment cost for performance to be gained.

It's a minor upgrade. But I dont know how the impact will be, when DirectX 12 is implemented.
