[SOLVED] Is it worth upgrading from a Ryzen 3 2300x to an Intel i5 10400f rn?

I need to change my motherboard and I thought that buying a new CPU along with it would be a good idea. At first I wanted to upgrade to a Ryzen 5 3600 and a B550 motherboard, but I changed my mind when I found out that the 10400f is like 50 - 60 dollars cheaper where I live. Now i want to buy the 10400f and a 100 dollar motherboard. Is this a good decision right now, and if so, what would be a good motherboard for that price?

I would get a Ryzen 2600x and keep the motherboard you have. Put the money you save towards a better video card.
