Is it worth upgrading from an i5 4690k to an i7 4790k?

Is it worth upgrading from an i5 4690k to an i7 4790k? i was thinking if it was worth it because if not i could just spend the 400 on monitors or better upgrades on it overall

current rig is,
i5 4690k
gtx 1060 6gb
12gb ram
1.5 tb of hdd
i dont really know what bottleneck i encounter
and my goal to acheive is smooth 60 fps in most/all games for atleast the next 2 years until i can get a job as im only a teen atm and am upgrading through birthdays and christmas

Nothing until you want to try 2k+ gaming. By that time, coffee lake will be cheaper to get, also gtx 1070 etc.

I would suggest an SSD as the next upgrade for general snappiness.
