is it worth upgrading from the i5-6400 to the i5-7600k

currently, I have the i5-6400 and a GTX 750 Ti.
I am thinking of upgrading both my CPU and GPU to the i5-7600k and the 1050 Ti.
Is it with the upgrade?

To me it would not be worth spending the money on the CPU its not a big enough upgrade worth spending the money on unless you have a Z motherboard and are going to overclock it.

Not the CPU but the GPU would be a decent upgrade.

only if it is very cheap/easily attainable. i have a i5-6400 and a gtx950 and i would do this upgrade only if it gave me higher fps in doom and modded s.t.a.l..k.e.r
