Is it worth upgrading my RAM?

So in my current system i have a 8GB Corsair 2133mhz Vengeance (2x4GB) to run my with my NVIDIA Geforce GXT 970.

But I want to upgrade to 16GB DDR3 1333mhz (2x8GB) but I'm worried as it has 1333mhz, will it run slower than my 8BG 2133?

Is it worth spending an extra £34 on the ram?

It depends on what you do, if simply gaming, might see a little performance increase, though more likely to see some if multi-tasking or using memory intensive apps and/or large data sets
