I am trying to decide if my current gaming rig is worth upgrading. I.e. are there any upgrades that would actually give me a noticeable bump in performance or is it time to just start fresh with new cpu/mobo/gpu, etc. Here is my part picker list for my current build.

For strictly gaming.... honestly, even an upgrade to the latest platform(s) aren't going to give you substantial gains.

Depending on the resolution you play at, an upgrade within the socket to an i7-4770K or i7-4790K (if you can find either for a reasonable price) and a step up to 1080 minimum, ideally a 1080TI for substantial enough gains to warrant the cost..... they would be solid upgrades but, unless you're playing at 1440p >120Hz or 4K, the investment wouldn't net you wholesale gains overall.

Still a very capable gaming setup in 2017 for 1080p-1440p.

I game on a 34UM95C-P 34" Ultrawide 3440x1440, but only 60hz refresh rate. CPU is OC'd to 4.2 ghz and GPU runs at default clock at 1265/1953 (75 OC on clock and 200 on memory).

Nothing really sluggish, just trying to stay ahead of the curve in terms of needing upgrades. Just bought Destiny 2, seems to be handling every okay on max settings.

Probably just premature at this point I guess, just seems like my system should be more out of date by this time!

Intels 'tick tock' approach really hasn't shown any major gains, maybe 5-10% per generation at best (not counting Broadwell). So looking at a 4670k vrs a 7600k, you really aren't that far behind. You'd have to be running a 2500k or maybe a 3570k to really start feeling the crunch.
