Question Is it worth upgrading?

Hello I wanted to ask if this PC is worth upgrading.
At the moment I would be satisfied to be able to play modern games at 1080p and high settings with ~60FPS but in the Future I would want to step to 1440p that is relatively future-proof when it comes to the performance.

Mainboard: ASUS Prime B-350-PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4 at 2132MHz

So two questions:

1. Is it enough for my current needs?
2. what should I focus on when making the transition

1-Yes you can run most games with this build at high or ultra 60 fps 1080p but the ram i recommend 3000mhz.2-You mean what to upgrade in the future right? If so you need to upgrade gpu first to rtx 2060/rtx 2060 super for 1440p 60fps and for cpu ryzen 1600x is still good no need for upgrade unless you’re editor.

Ryzen use Infinity Fabric, which is the communication speeds between cores. IF is based on ram speeds, which is why ppl recommend faster ram for Ryzens, they literally perform better and faster, which increases possible pre-rendered frame counts.

For 1st and 2nd Gen Ryzen, the threshold was 3466MHz, after which IF changed from a 1:1 ratio to a 2:1 ratio, basically IF worked ½ as fast. So 3000/3200MHz became the sweet spot for fastest ram vs best price.

For 3rd Gen Ryzen, that threshold was bumped to 3733MHz, leaving 3600 as the sweet spot.

Default speed for DDR4 is 2133MHz. Default speeds can be increased by the memory controller in the cpu, so 1st Gen remained 2133MHz, 2nd Gen was bumped to 2400MHz, and 3rdGen was bumped to 3200MHz. Slower ram will drop to its default speed as set in the ram, but any ram faster than cpu default will drop to the cpu default, requiring user set (OC) or XMP/DOCP settings.

Difference between 2133MHz and 3200MHz ram is @ 20% performance gain. So when upgrading, hitting ram sweetspot should always be a consideration.

I would now get the "Corsair Dominator RGB 16GB DDR4 RAM-3200 C16".
As I said RAM is pretty much the hardware I know the least about. Is there a noticeable difference between C14-C15-C16? Haven't found a clear answer, some say that with Ryzen Processors it is more important others say it isn't.
