Is it worth "XFX Black Edition Double D R9-280X-TDBD" used card for $200.

This card is in great condition and heat is max at 80 at 2 hours stress testing.

**. This card usually around for $280(Brand new with warranty) in my country.

Also please tell me , what would be a good power supply to run this card?

I never recommend buying 200 series used, the warranty is no longer transferable: proceed with caution. I would recommend atleast a 650W Gold, but you could probably get away with a 550W Bronze

Yes he said account is no longer transferable, but he will give me his XFX account. That way I can claim a warranty at some point if I wanted right?
Also can you tell me how can I check the card serial against XFX account, Is it in the XFX account somewhere?

I applaud your efforts for finding clever work-arounds, but we're still going to have an issue when the receipt has a different name on it.
