╠♦ GPU : GeForce GTX 970 4GB
╠♦ HDD : 1TB
╠♦ RAM : 8GB

My pc can run 144hz monitor, ir better change CPU

Solution

The 144hz screen will work well with CSGO;

PUBG however, in all likelihood, will not reach 144fps, and therefore would not realize any benefits until you upgrade your CPU&GPU (a requirement for 144hz gaming on more demanding titles like this one).
I would not run a 144Hz monitor with that CPU or GPU. Plus it only has 8GB RAM.

It does however depend a lot whether the monitor is 1080p or 1440p, and what games you plan on playing. It also depends whether you insist on getting 144 FPS, or will tolerate 120 FPS or less.

Depends on what/how you want to play.

If you're asking for 144hz @ max/ultra on the latest titles then, no you need much more powerful GPU+CPU for that.

If you're looking at older/lighter titles @1080p and are willing to fiddle with the game's settings/config then there are certainly situation where the 144hz screen will be of use to you, especially since a monitor, rather than a CPU, will stay with you through multiple builds.
