What is your overall thinking for this graphics card?

Is it good, bad, something between?(share pros/cons)
This is a legit graphics card so no need to worry about that at all.
Just share your opinion, try to compare it with some modern cards if that's possible.
Price is 90$ by the way.

No just no... R7 240 Is terrible with utilising 4GB. Just play it safe with a 1030. I know they are 2GB Less vram but 2GB Is still good as they are fast cards. I'd also consider the 750ti which is partially faster than the 1030 but consumes a little more power and size depending on your case and that 6 pin connector.

Honestly get a 1030 or consider the 750ti
If you can max out get a 1050.
