Is it wprth it to upgrade my pc

I want to upgrade my pc.
I have now a asrock motherboard amd a amd phenom II x4 3ghz prosessor and the upgrade cost €200 and it is a msi motherboard and a i7 3,4 ghz prosessor.
Please respond quick because its used and i must bid!
