In the next few days I'll be getting the first of my GTX 970 two way SLI cards. I placed my eyes over the EVGA SuperSC GTX 970 (04G-P4-3975-KR). I browse Newegg a lot and found it on sale for $329.99 with a $30 rebate. I did a Google search for the card and found it at $316.34 at Jet.com. They have free shipping and a $15.00 discount for first order so at the end I'll pay $301.34 for the card. That's only $1.34 more than Newegg's deal, but without having to wait about 2 months for a $30.00 prepaid card which is the way that rebates are usually paid.
Taking into account price alone this is a no brainer, the problem is that I don't know how trustable Jet.com is because I just learned about their existence. I would like to know about how good their customer service is. How easy is to return or exchange merchandise and how good is the shipping service. Can you share your experiences with Jet.com as an online retailer?
