Is Killer Network Manager Messing Up My Internet?

So last week I built a new PC. I had almost no problems whatsoever, until I basically entered driver hell. I took the hard drive from my old PC and put it into my new PC and the PC thought it was the old PC and the new PC at the same time... So I asked for help on here and I got told to wipe my hard drive and download a new OS. So I did... And now I'm basically back to square one again...

Last night I actually got everything up and running after the fresh install... (Had to troubleshoot my problems for 6 hours though...) For some strange reason, Steam let me download Warframe, Rift, and Skyrim. Then Origin let me download Battlefield 3. Afterward, I began playing Warframe for a few hours, updated Rift and Skyrim and played them for a few minutes. Then I went to bed around 1am. I put the computer to sleep and woke up 7 hours later. I awoke the computer only to have the exact same internet problems I was having with the last OS... So I got absolutely ticked, shut off my computer and just left to go to school. I came back 8 hours later to find I had a perfect connection again and I was able to play Warframe. I held it off for about 20 minutes while I did some research on biology. When I came back to Steam to play it, nothing worked... Again.

I believe that Killer Network Manager is my problem but I'm not 100% sure... See, I can connect to the internet (I'm on now) but I cannot load Origin, play any games that require internet access through steam, or even go to my profile on Steam. I can't update any game that I own on Steam. I can't even update Windows... I just tried to install an update a minute ago and It failed with error code: 80072EE2. That was the exact same error I got before on the previous OS... So has anyone here had similar, if not the same issues? And is there a way to fix this? This is beyond frustrating and I've been fighting with this since last Thursday... I'm seriously about to just toss my $700+ PC out the window because this is the most annoying thing I have ever dealt with on any PC...

Where can I re-install my network card drivers if the ones that are on the disk are the ones that mess everything up?

It didn't work. I got an error that said, "The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled Plug the Cable."

Try installing the driver from device manager. Open Device Manager and expand the section that says "Network Adapters." You should find your Ethernet adapter listed. Right-click on the adapter and select "Update Driver Software," then "Browse my Computer," then find the location of the drivers file.

I've done that 3 times. No avail.

Boot into safe mode and run the installer package as administrator. Also, double-check and make sure your downloading http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/realtek_pcielan_8_mb.zip"

I think I may have found a really weird solution... I put my computer to sleep and woke it back up. For some STRANGE reason, my LAN drivers work perfectly fine now. I've been playing Warframe, downloading Skyrim mods, and playing Battlefield 3 with no problems whatsoever... I have no idea how or why that fixed it... Also, I tested the computer with a PCIe wireless adapter and it once again ran with no problems... So I guess it was a temporary bug within the system.
