Question Is kraken m22 enough for ryzen 5 2600?

I found this cooler for $70 so i wanted to ask is it worth it and is it enough for ryzen 5 2600. I'm mainly going for the looks and I'm not planning on overclocking.

I live in Serbia and i found on some online shop for 64.99€ which is about $70. I have a nzxt h400i case.

Where can you order online from? Are you ok with an air cooler if you can get one with better performance that that AIO is going to give you?
