Does anyone have experience with that case is it too loud in their website it says 25dba but i have no idea how loud it is

too loud vs what?

any case designed for max airflow is going to allow virtually the same amount of sound to escape.

the amount of noise produced is going to be related to what types of fans you're using,
the amount of these fans you are using,
the fan curves you have in place,
and the amount of noise produced from your other components.

every setup is going to be different.
