Is Legacy or UEFI boot better for WIndows 10 Home 64bit on an SSD

You can google that question or use Tom's search function. That's true. Unfortunately people fortunately ask prior to installing their new OS. I'm whittling down my boot time. I installed Win 10 on my SSD and can't remember which I chose or if it matters. I can tell my my MSI Z97 PC mate Legacy+UEFI or just one or the other. Currently it's set to both.

I can safely disable legacy? Thanks for that. Probably won't even mean a tenth of a second quicker but at least it's cleaner.

That's not correct. Many owners of non-UEFI computers have upgraded to Windows 10.

You really believe Microsoft would release an OS that millions of people couldn't use without buying a whole new PC?

^ Agreed. Windows 10 works fine on older machines that predate UEFI.
