Is Logisys PSU alright for this build?

I want to buy this PSU http://www.amazon.com/Logisys-Corp-Bearing-Supply-PS550E12BK/dp/B004MU8VCS/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1449449900&sr=8-10&keywords=500+watt+PSU to power up a r7 265 and G3258. I will be overclocking. It gives out 550 wattage, but I know that my specs will require little? So Is this okay either way? (Probably only going to overclock the CPU and that's it.)

Show us some PSU rating list that shows that Logisys as anything other than...crap.

Its okay if its more than you will use. However, get a better quality psu.

A logisys psu is most useful when used as a door stop .
But even for that purpose they are too lightly built and may fail in service
