so I use my tv as a monitor for pc and it can get very loud even at small numbers like 10, so when i watched a youtube video the volume was set at 30 i didnt even know how, and it was very loud like glass shattering (lol idk) but the vibrations were pretty strong, and it went on like this for a while because i couldnt find the remote. My problem is I read that loud noise is bad for pc, so will this affect me in the future or not? will something break off later on?

When they are talking about Loud Sounds, I think they are more referring to the vibrations. When a PC Vibrates you can damage moving parts - eg HDD as the heads may crash into the spinning disks inside.
So although it is not the sound that will damage your computer, it is the moving and vibration that will.
As said, speakers can only handle so much and the speaker cone will eventually tear if driven at louder volumes too much and become distorted.

As for your pc, there would be cause of concern if theres heavy vibrations from powerful speakers and subwoofers shaking the hell out of the room. Mechanical hdds can freeze computer from vibrations and in an extreme case things may become loose inside the case from prolonged roomquakes.

so nothing will break in the near future?
