I thought a general rule was that the closer the memory runs at its claimed speeds at 1.8v the higher quality the ram.
This ram runs claims 1.9v

This ram has lower timings but it shows 2.1v..and it's more expensive.

It seems the cheaper ram would have more OC potential...so my question is.. why would you buy the more expensive stuff?
