Just out of curiosity i have a simple question and any answer is appreciated. Is Mega.co.nz a p2p program?

Doesn't look like one no. Looks like a drop box or online storage space. You could use it to upload copy protected files and share them with others which would be illegal and get you into trouble. So it can carry the same risk as using a P2P program.
