Is Microsoft Surface Pro efficient at running Adobe Creative Suite?

I'm a graphic designer looking to get either a MacBook Pro or Microsoft Surface Pro (3 or 4). I think the Surface Pro has a lot of great features and seems more portable and "fun" than the MacBook Pro, but I'm concerned about it's ability to run Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop). I do have an iMac at home and use a PC at work so I am familiar with both Mac and Windows. Any feedback is appreciated!

I've ran adobe suite on lower systems with no problem. I own a surface pro 4 haven't installed adobe suite yet but just know that you will have a problem with the size of the screen icon being too small because of the high dpi. there is a fix that works well

microsoft's surface and surface pro's can very well run adobe with no problem performance wise.
