Is mobo faulty?

Hello guys.. my very first question here...

I have a computer that suddenly wont boot..the led and gpu cpu case fan are all alive....

I thought the psu is faulty or somesort...so I swapped with my friends cpu..

Which is aerocool gt 500s, the thing is when I use it, the led and fan alive for a sec or half and turn off and on again till I switched it off..

But when I change to my psu back..it return back like before..turn on but wont boot...

I tried and remove the ram to see if the speaker will beep..but nothing.

My system;
Asrock H81M GL
4gb ram
i3 4130
Asus HD 9970

Quick update..after I post here.. forgot to add that the keyboard and mouse is getting low or no energy as theyre no light at all...


However..manage to get it started once and using the aerocool psu...instead of using usual left spot at cpu slot..I use the left one...and keyboard light is on.. able to ge to bios..switch off to get hdd..and now its back....led fan on..wont enter boot. butnow there is no light on keyboard

I literally just had this issue, It turned out it was my mobo replaced it last night and wahla! Everything now works, I would say its the mobo

Hmm..I was thinking either mobo or ram as somehow I am able to to turn it on magically and then nothing...hmm gonna try and change another stick..will inform here later....

also I did try reseated cmos and reset cmos..

Yeah my issue was it would work but if i tired off the system it would power on then just display a black screen, then I would have to completely rebuild the system to get it to work again for some reason

Turn out the mobo is faulty..
