I have a InterTech Energon 650W PSU, and i want to buy an rx 570 which requires 1 8pin connector and 1 6pin connector. My PSU has only a 6+2, so my question is, is it safe to get an adapter from molex to 6pin for the 2nd connector? As i mentioned above 650W is the rating of my PSU, and using a PSU calculator from the internet i saw that my pc needs about ~350W of power (and it recommended my a 600w one)

Solution
If your PSU does not have the proper connectors, you need a new PSU.
If your PSU is branded InterTech Energon, you need a new PSU.

I'd be surprised if that thing put out 1/2 its labeled power.

Actually i think it has at least half of that, right now it's rocking an i5 7600 with an aftermarket cooler, 16gb of DDR4, 2 hdds,1 optical drive + the gtx 1060 and all the case fans, rgb lighting and other stuff

And i know getting a rx 470 from a 1060 would be a downgrade, but the 1060 needs to be repurposed

Oh well. It's your equipment.

I wouldn't.
