Is monitorsdirect.com out of business?

I have purchased three monitors from monitorsdirect.com with good success. I have been looking at buying another one from them but their server has been down for a few weeks. Are they out of business?

I think so. It is possible that they are not, but their servers have been down since early December, so its not likely that they are still in business.
