Is MSI Gaming Optix G24C good monitor for gaming? (mostly fps games, but also games like Withcer 3, FF XV etc.) Is there any ghosting or significent input lag on this monitor?

Most monitors are rather decent when it comes to gaming. I'm using a flat screen TV to game and I have no complaints. Gaming monitors are made specifically for gaming, so most problems you wish to avoid you won't find with them. In particular MSI states it has a 1ms delay and 144hz. You should be fine.
