Is MSI Z97 gaming 7 1150 motherboard is good for overclock a I7 4790k CPU?

I just want to know that is MSI gaming 7 z97 mobo comfortable with a I7 4790k which will over clock to 4.4 ghz.

I will SLI gtx 970.Is the mobo suitable with this?

You can also suggest other mobo in the price range of this MSI gaming 7 mobo.

Yes that motherboard is fine. The i7 4790k already turbo up to 4.4Ghz. SLI are always supported at these price points.
