I've read only that they mess up stock status and forget to dispatch orders, another guy said they paid but order status said still waiting payment. But others say that they just have bad customer service but they will have cheap prices and actually deliver them to you or that they can be trusted to buy from. I don't know who to believe....
Other people say they got faulty stuff and went through a long and painful time to in the end force a refund and that they've suffered fines from ACCC. I really don't know... I'm on a budget and I can get a gpu for $393 instead of $449, so I'm really skeptical.
