Recently i've been unable to run any game above 30fps. Doom, Witcher 3, Resident evil 2, all have poor performance. Even on lowest settings the highest I would see is 40-50 fps. I've reinstalled drivers and tried using past drivers, selected performance and max power in control panel. Even after running 3d mark time spy benchmark test, my score is extremely pathetic far below what it should be for a 2080 ti, if I recall score was around 2200. While running games the load hovers around 100% while the temperature appears to remain around 43 degrees celsius. Aside from extremely poor performance I haven't really had any other issues so i'm hoping it's something as simple as a setting change.
