Hi,
so i recently built my dream PC only to be nothing less then disappointed, games run okay but i am getting roughly 20-50fps less then the same builds in the same games :(
im playing cod mw at a average of 90-110fps in warzone and i also play rust and get around 80-100fps
I feel like i should be getting much better performance from such a expensive build, i am also questioning whether my card is one of the many faulty 2080ti's

(i am running a 2560x1440 @144hz monitor)
pc specs:
cpu-intel i9 -10900f
gpu-asus rog geforce rtx 2080Ti
ram-32gb ddr4 @ 3600mhz

some userbenchmarks i ran:

Well from the results, it looks like your gpu is underperforming. What's the temperature and utilization of the gpu during the gaming?
