RAM does not cause a bottleneck at 2400MHz.
If for example a CPU load is very high and significantly higher than the GPU then the CPU is causing a bottleneck.

My system specs are:

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 with stock cooler
MSI Armor OC RX570 8GB card
Gigabyte DS3H-B450
16GB ADATA XPG 2400mHz DDR4 RAM
Crucial MX500

also is it worth it to get higher RAM frequency for the Ryzen 7 1700 or not like getting 2666 mHz?

Ryzen 7-1700 officially supports up to 2667Mhz RAM.
You may be able to Overclock your existing kit however there is no guarantee.
The Gigabyte DS3H-B450 supports up to 3600Mhz so no problems there.

Overclocking your RAM will need upping DRAM voltage slightly and maybe looser timings so give it a try but be carefull.
Not a great deal of difference performance wise from 2667MHz and 3200MHz anyhow.
Best is to keep the system stable.
