Question Is my 3070 underperforming?

So I recently upgraded to a 3070. My processor is the 17 6700k. I have 32gb of ram. I am aware it is bottlenecking the 3070. But when comparing benchmarks and YouTube videos with the same specs, mine seems pc like it's underperforming. The fps in games is a good amount lower than in the videos. Just worried that there's smt wrong with the 3070.

don't believe everything you see on youtube. and unless you have 100% the same components. it is useless to compare them
running slow ram.
