yeah i ran IBT for 15 runs it passed but temps went to high 70's and i saw a 83c when doing that but realistically nothing will ever push my CPU that hard...ever.

It's not go -no go. The more volts, the hotter and the shorter life you can expect. If it's kept below 50C all the time it'll last for years.
Thanks, I'm pretty sure it will always stay below 60c even when my GPU is running hot. So from all the info i've provided, do you think my CPU will last till skylake comes around?

Hard to say. All I can say is that it a very good overclock at safe levels. Whether it survives is up in the air. I don't know when Skylake will be released. And there are other factors involved in the CPU not working than an overclock. Personally, I've not had a CPU die due to an overclock.
Overall length of time also depends on how many hours a day you're going to run the overclcok. If you don't have to, then you shouldn't The 3570k can look after itself 99% of the time without overclocking at all.

by "running the overclock" do you mean my chip running at 4.7 all the time @load temps?
