Is my 3DMark Score good?

I built my PC at the beginning of July and recently got 3DMark, I got the score of 4300 on Time Spy Extreme and I was wondering if that is a good score.

My Specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X
Graphics Card: GTX 1080 TI 11Gb AMP! Extreme
Motherboard: Aorus X470 Ultra Gaming
RAM: Corsair DDR4 16GB 3200MHz vengeance
PSU: 600W EVGA 80 PLUS
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200

I would recommend getting rid of that budget PSU before it gives out or fries your GPU.

Doesn't matter all the even number ones are junk...

And it's 80 Plus so it's defiantly low end.

He needs a good quality 650W PSU like an EVGA G2 650W.
