is my 4790k a ''lucky'' one chip ??

Yesterday i started overclocking my 4790k and realised that reach 4,5 ghz with 1.150 voltage and stay stable after OCCT test and prime95 5hour test (small FFTs). I saw on many forums and sites that this chip needs about 1,25 voltage to work properly and stay stable at 4,5 ghz . Is my chip a good one then??
