Is my 4GB XFX R7 370 overheating? And how much can I overclock?

Recently started playing GTA V and I noticed(in MSI Afterburner) that my temps are at 65-68c, and before GTA I was getting a max of 59-60c. Is my GPU overheating? Tell me I'm just overreacting and I'm just paranoid and it can go much hotter before it overheats.

Also, how much do you think I can overclock(again, in Afterburner) before things crash? My specs are AMD FX 8320, XFX R7 370, 12GB of RAM, Cooler Master Elite 550 version 2.0. Right now I'm running at 1040 core clock, 1430 memory clock, +10% power limit. I've had it higher but have had issues, I just don't remember where exactly I run into problems.

how much you can overclock? no one can tell you, since your card has been made to be running stable at stock settings, Overclocking ability is really just luck of the quality of the unit you get. every gpu has to pass the bar. but some GPU pass the bar of quality better than others, those ones can overclock better but you dont know which one youve got. as far as you go without any crashes or abnormalities is your limit.

68c is getting toward hot side but it is still within safe temps. technically ... safe temps are up to 85c on your card, but running around there is gonna give you problems, 75c is a more comfortable area to hover around
