[SOLVED] Is My 650w Gold Psu Enough?

I have a i7 2700k Cpu.
I would like to Overclock this soon and pair with a gtx 980 and i`m unsure if my 650w corsair txm gold psu is enough.

Hopefully overclocking it to 4.0-4.2 ghz. Unsure of how to overclock as I have never done it before. But Will cross that bridge when I come to it.

Should be fine I ran my 4790K overclocked with a 980 on a 650 watt power supply.
