I have a Seasonic Focus 650W 80+ Gold PSU and I was wondering if it would be able to handle the components for my new build.

Here are the specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 12 Core
GPU: MSI RTX 2060 GAMING Z 6GB
CPU Cooler: Rosewill ROCC-16003
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Aorus B450
HDD: 2 WD Blue 2TB Drives
Case: Rosewill Prism ATX Mid Tower
Case Fans: 2 120mm Rosewill RGB fans

I know that the only big power consumers in this build will be the CPU and GPU but I want to make sure this 650W will be able to handle everything, thanks!

You're looking at 300-350 watts total system power draw. Your 650 watt PSU will be cruising.
