Is my 7970 dead?

I have an XFX 7970 that I bought last summer. Worked great, up until this morning. Now, I just get a blank screen whenever the computer is on for longer than 3-4 minutes. Not a black screen, not a blue screen, just a blank screen...the monitor is powered up, just no display. Plugged a 7950 in to test the PCI slot and it works like a charm. Even OC'd the 7950 to the max and its litecoin mining like nobody's business...still fine. Put the 7970 into another PC, same thing, blank screen after a few minutes. Is my 7970 toast? Can it be resurrected? How do I diagnose the problem? Are you sure the card is getting enough power into it?
