Question Is my AIO running at 100% permanently?

Hi, just had an AIO replaced via RMA, and don't want to go through it again, currently running my replaced AIO via Sata power through an adapter, I have heard keeping the AIO at a consistent speed is beneficial for life span.

The cooler is a Lian Li Galahad 240mm.

The pump should be constant. Fans should be temperature based to minimize noise.

Would that be a constant 100% too?

My temperatures are fantastic, just worried about varying pump speeds will kill my AIO

Yes, 100%. There are some people that recommend 90% constant to lower noise.
